Customer Service

MasterGraphics stands behind every product that we sell. All products in our store have been thoroughly tested and meet stringent requirements before inclusion in our store. If you feel you need to return any product that you have ordered the following Terms and Conditions shall completely govern the order and purchase of products ("Order") from MasterGraphics, Inc. The customer ("Customer"), by placing the Order, agrees to these Terms and Conditions which supersede any terms on any purchase orders to purchase MasterGraphics products.


ORDERS AND BACKORDERS. We will make every attempt to limit any backorders. Customer accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the Order and agrees that MasterGraphics may back order any portion of the Order, unless Customer specifies otherwise.


RETURN POLICY. MasterGraphics OFFERS A THIRTY (30) DAY RETURN POLICY. MasterGraphics reserves the right to deny returns. Also, under certain circumstances there may be restocking fees ranging from 20% to 50% placed on Orders. It is our policy to require RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization) for any returns.

a. RMA Requirements: RMAs will be issued after talking with a MasterGraphics authorized representative. Please call our Customer Service Department at 866-914-9610 and have the invoice or original order number, and part number in question available when you call. Once a RMA is issued, you have 15 days to return all items listed on the RMA; and only items that are listed on the RMA will be credited. All returns, other than defective product, must be unopened, in original packaging and in resellable condition. The RMA# must be clearly marked on the shipping label of the box or we will refuse delivery. Credit will be issued after the receipt and inspection of all items listed on the RMA.

b. Freight Damage: We will make every attempt to use packaging that will protect our products; however, it is your responsibility to inspect incoming shipments in the unlikely event that it arrives damaged. If the product is damaged in shipment, you will need to make a claim with the responsible shipper or refuse shipment. If you suspect concealed damage, open immediately in the presence of the driver and note damage on the waybill. If you later discover concealed damage you have 15 days to notify the carrier to make a claim.

c. Errors in Shipment: If you have received a miss-shipment due to a MasterGraphics error, you have 15 days to make a claim. Please see RMA requirements

d. Defective Merchandise: We require notification of any defective items within 30 days of receipt. We may require that you consult with our technical support department to verify whether or not a product is defective. The product(s) may either be exchanged or Customer's account may be credited through the same method of payment used for the original Order. Please see RMA requirements.

PAYMENT TERMS. Payment is due in full upon acceptance of an Order by MasterGraphics. MasterGraphics will make an attempt to stock sufficient inventory; however, we shall reserve the right to ship partial shipments and Customer agrees to pay for each partial shipment upon shipment. Our prices do not include shipping expenses and are subject to change without advance notice. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT. In order to keep the pricing of our individual items to the lowest possible price we have instituted a minimum order amount. Your total cart contents before shipping must be over $65 in order to be able to submit your order. To complete your order simply place additional items in your cart and proceed to checkout. If you wish to place your order by calling our Customer Service Department at 866-914-9610, please be advised that a $65.00 minimum order is in place for all phone orders as well.


DELIVERY. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Our standard shipping method is UPS ground. We can not ship to PO Boxes. UPS Next-Day Air and Second-Day Air service is available at time of checkout. When you select an air shipment option, you are selecting the time in transit. For example a Next-Day Air shipment choice will typically arrive in 2 business days. Customer accepts sole responsibility for freight and insurance, payment of any and all applicable tax, with respect to the Order. Please call our Customer Service Department at 866-914-9610 if you have any questions about other shipping options. MasterGraphics observes the following Holidays and will not process or ship any orders on the following days. Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and January 1. If the Holiday falls on the weekend then we observe the closest weekday as the Holiday.


WARRANTY. MasterGraphics WARRANTS THE ORDER FOR A PERIOD OF SIXTY (60) DAYS FOR DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP ONLY. MasterGraphics HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WRITTEN, ORAL, REGULATORY, STATUTORY, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE COVERING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, NON- INFRINGEMENT, AND THE LIKE, WITH RESPECT TO THIS ORDER.


LIMIT OF LIABILITY. Customer agrees that neither MasterGraphics, nor its affiliates, agents, officers, or contractors shall have any liability whatsoever for any consequential or indirect or incidental damages with respect to the Order or usage of the product(s) purchased from MasterGraphics. Customer agrees that in no event shall the liability of MasterGraphics exceed the value of the Order.


RIGHT TO REVISE. MasterGraphics reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of sale at any time. No other revisions to these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless accepted in writing by an authorized representative of MasterGraphics.


ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Placing the Order with MasterGraphics shall constitute acceptance by Customer of each of these Terms and Conditions of sale.
