At this time we are not shipping outside the continental US.
As of January 1, 2023, we no longer ship to Colorado or Washington.

We have deregistered with the Secretary of State and the Department of Revenue in Colorado and Washington. Our apologies as we are no longer authorized to sell to customers in those states. Should our territories expand in the future, we will reactivate our registrations as needed.
Freight shipment = These items exceed UPS weight limitations and will be shipped common carrier.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
To calculate your shipping and handling, simply place items into your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Our site will attempt to calculate the shipping charges as accurately as possible. In the rare instance that the freight is incorrectly calculated we will call you before shipping your order to get your approval for any additional freight charges. *For any shipment of 3D printing supplies or 3D printers, shipping will be added to your invoice after actual shipping costs are determined. If you do not have an account with us please enter your bill to and ship to information so we can calculate the shipping based on your zip code.
DELIVERY
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Our standard shipping method is UPS ground. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. UPS Next-Day Air and Second-Day Air services are available at time of checkout. When you select an air shipment option, you are selecting the time in transit. For example, a Next-Day Air shipment choice will typically arrive in 2 business days. Customer accepts sole responsibility for freight and insurance, payment of any and all applicable tax, with respect to the Order. Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-873-7238 if you have any questions about other shipping options. MasterGraphics observes the following Holidays and will not process or ship any orders on the following days. Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and January 1. If the Holiday falls on the weekend then we observe the closest weekday as the Holiday.
SHIPPING CUTOFF TIME
Orders will be processed the same business day and barring any kind of hold, credit card or inventory issue, etc... will be shipped within 24 hrs of placement. We strive to provide timely delivery.
